Shipping is always free to anywhere in the United States (US). Please see below for instructions on how to easily have your order shipped to just about anywhere in the world.

Orders are filled and shipped via USPS First-Class Mail within 2 business days.

International orders (outside US):
Please contact us for a quick, custom shipping quote. Just let us know which products you would like to order, and please include your full mailing address including postal code to ensure accurate quoting for shipping outside of the US.

Returns Procedure
If you need to return an unused item, you can do so within 28 days for an exchange or refund as required. The goods must be returned in the same condition as received and if possible with all packaging.

SwingStomp reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged, worn, or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Procedure—Faulty Goods
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, we will be happy to refund your costs incurred in sending it back; otherwise, you will be responsible for those charges.

Please enclose a note inside the parcel giving the reason for the return, stating exactly whether you require a refund or exchange. Pack the parcel securely, reusing the original packaging if possible. Return the package to SwingStomp via the Post Office, and for your protection we advise that you obtain proof of sending from the Post Office.

Do not use a courier service.
