Video: TJRA takes its logo to the next level

TJRA: Maximizing Tomorrow Today™

A still shot of the 3D-animated logo from the new TJRA advertisement video promo

I’m relieved to report that as of this writing I’m still alive and un-augmented, contrary to what I believed to be an imminent plot by Onion editor Joe Randazzo this past spring to “take care of me” after my company designed a new logo for his “for-profit corporation specializing in temporal anomalization and monetization,” The Joe Randazzo Association, Inc. (TJRA).

I’m also pretty happy to report that TJRA has released the new advertisement promo Come On Back To TJRA! that features a slick, 3D-animated version of the logo, as evidenced in the still shot above as well as in the actual video below.

Watch the video:

An interesting side note: the narration in this video was voiced by the hilarious
Peter Serafinowicz.

Fall-into-winter reflection, music, and software
Posted by Mark A. Heinz at 1:19 AM Central

I hope all of your holidays have been great so far; it’s been a very nice, reflective autumn and winter season for me. I reflect daily on everything that I’m truly thankful for and fortunate to have in my life—including my family, friends, and all of those who have let me and the music I’ve helped create into their lives. I love hearing stories like this one from a fan, and every time I hear a new or revisited story from someone about their own personal experiences it really does warm the heart and brighten my day. (Thanks!)

Although I haven’t been in the Fragile Porcelain Mice drum chair for some time now I have been hitting the studio pretty frequently—having some fun playing guitar, drums, keys, or whatever strikes me at the time. A crazy night out for me lately is a long, late-night session with a friend or alone. No recording or writing, really—just jamming, drinking coffee, and playing some more. Maybe I’ll record some of it and let you hear it sometime if you’re interested.

Besides that, I’ve also been consumed by a new software development and sales group that I’ve been fortunate enough to cofound recently alongside some brilliant friends of mine. It’s been a crazy whirlwind getting the company launched and off the ground, and we’re furiously and passionately working on our first offerings right now—meeting and working with a lot of great people along the way. I’ll keep you posted.

Until next time… Take care of each other, express yourselves, and don’t forget to write.
